With 12 strikeouts, Liszewski shutout the Jackson offense. In the bottom of the 6th, Collinsworth reached on an error and moved to 3rd on a Yania double. R. Spada then reached on a throwing error. With the bases loaded, N. Spada hit a fly all to deep center field where Collinsworth was able to tag and score. With another error on a Liszewski hit, Green was able to score two more runs with aggressive base running by Betz.

Green advances to 2-0 in league play and 3-1 on the year.
